Delivery Information:

We at NutriAid want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make life easier.

Orders are be paid by Secure PayPal and Credit Cards. We generally charge a flat postage & packing of $6.95 per order to be delivered anywhere within the US, but additional charges may be incurred for bulk orders. All orders are despatched within 24 business hours via the USPS Priority Mail and generally take 4 to 5 business days to deliver anywhere within the US.

We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when the order is shipped.

International Delivery: NutriAid will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. NutriAid will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. We will notify you by e-mail of any additional shipping charges if the charge exceeds our flat postage & packing of $6.95 per order.

We do not ship our products outside USA & Canada.

Returns Policy:

If you take delivery of an NutriAid package and if the item is found defective, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange. If you find out we've sent you an incorrect item we'll send you the correct item as soon as we can.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging directly to our Return Center with printable personalised 'return label' or 'replacement label' for your item(s).

Kindly email us at support@nutriaid.us with your order details for personalised 'return label' or 'replacement label' and Return Center details. We'll request a refund after we receive and process your return. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
